Aquacise with Paula Ferris
Mondays 12pm-12.45pm, Tuesdays 12pm - 12.45pm & Fridays 9.15 – 10am
A mixture of low impact aerobic exercises, strength and toning work using the resistance of water for maximum fitness improvements. Aquacise puts less strain on the bones, joints and muscles.
Mondays 10am-11am & Wednesday 6-7pm
Pilates develops body awareness, improving and changing the body’s postural and alignment habits and increases flexibility and ease of movement. It is also great for relieving stress and tension, as well as improving posture.
Legs, Bums, Tums
Specific exercises to work on those troublesome areas including resistance exercises using the weight of your body or rubber bands and free weights for maximum effect.
Yoga with Abi McKnight
The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible; it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.
