To provide you with the best available price on any given day of the year, we operate a sophisticated price management system, which enables us to guarantee you the best quote for the period of your stay. The following tariff provides you with a guideline of our prices.

 The above prices include VAT and are on a per person per night basis for a minimum of a two night stay, on any nights of the week. The rate includes a superb four course Table d'hote dinner, overnight accommodation and full English breakfast. For Bed and Breakfast only deducted £20.00 per person

Booking Conditions & Supplements

Single Occupancy

Limited single rooms are available, however double / twin bedded rooms for sole occupancy can be reserved with a £40 per night supplement.

Pets 

We are a pet friendly Devon Hotel. We do permit dogs in certain rooms (but not in public areas of the Hotel & Terrace I’m afraid). However there is a supplement of £10 per dog per night. We reserve the right to ask residents to make alternative arrangements, should the pet in any way cause distress to other guests, staff, or hotel property.

Children

Children under six sharing with two adults will only be charged for meals whilst they are staying at the hotel. Children over six sharing with two adults will be charged at 50% of the full price. Children over six staying in their own standard room will be charged at only 75 % of the adult rate.

Half board

Unfortunately for guests staying with us on a half board basis, we are unable to reduce the rate for any meals not taken. Dinner is taken from the table d’ hote menu. An a la carte menu is also available at an extra charge.
