Christmas Eve...Eve

Make the most of your Christmas Break by booking in a day early. Take time to explore the area or settle into your warm and welcoming room and then relax in the afternoon, with a good book and a pot of tea. Soak up the festive atmosphere in the evening as you enjoy a four-course dinner in Harding’s Restaurant with its stunning views overlooking the beautiful Red Cliffs of Sidmouth and sparkling Lyme Bay.

Christmas Eve

Breakfast will be served in our Harding’s Restaurant, after which there is time to relax in one of our lounges. Enjoy the hotel as a home from home, as we provide everything you need to fully relax. In the evening, we gather in the lounge for Champagne and canapés, meet with the General Manager and his team whilst enjoying Christmas carols performed by a local choir, followed by a four course candle lit dinner. For those that wish to attend a church service, our reception team will be happy to make all the necessary arrangements.

Christmas Day

As you draw back the curtains you will discover beautiful views overlooking Lyme Bay, these will certainly take your breath away. Treat yourself to a full English breakfast and a glass of chilled bucks fizz or Champagne. Swap presents by the tree, or in the comfort of your own room, before being seated for a four course lunch with all the traditional trimmings, accompanied by some Christmas favourites from our resident pianist. In the afternoon, whilst watching the Queen’s speech, Christmas cake will be available in the lounge, but before you enjoy a slice, why not try and guess the weight of the cake. The person with the closest guess will win a complimentary one night stay inclusive of dinner for a future stay. To round off the festivities there will be a traditional Christmas buffet (for those who can manage it!) and traditional board games available.

Boxing Day

Boxing Day is all about a long lie in, followed by a leisurely breakfast with the morning papers. The day is then yours to enjoy. For the energetic ones amongst you, work off that Christmas indulgence with a walk along the seafront, to watch the annual Charity Fancy Dress swim, or alternatively explore the Regency town of Sidmouth and snap up those bargains at the Christmas sales. After lunch, join us for a surprise coach trip. On your return, an afternoon tea awaits you. Join us for Champagne and canapés in the evening before a four course dinner.

Sunday 27th December

Enjoy a delicious breakfast before saying your goodbyes… or why not stay with us a little longer to see in the New Year! If you would like to enjoy more of our festive hospitality we can offer you a special rate from £139 per couple per night, inclusive of Dinner, Bed and Breakfast.

Terms and Conditions
All rates are per person, based on two people sharing a double room. Extra nights available from £129 per couple, per night dinner, bed and breakfast. Single supplements apply for single use rooms. Non-refundable deposit of £200 per person is required for all full-price festive packages, within 7 days of making the reservation, full payment is required by 1st November 2015. Early booking rates must be paid in full at time of booking. Please ask for our cancellation policy.
